At Joung's Taekwondo in Tampa, FL, our Junior 1 Program is designed for children ages 7 to 9. Classes begin at 4:00 PM and offer a fun, structured way for kids to build self-discipline, confidence, and focus through martial arts.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character.
